Profile

Ana B. Hernández-Lara is a Associate Professor and Assistant Director of the Department of Business Management at Rovira i Virgili University (Spain). She obtained her PhD at Pablo de Olavide University (Spain) in 2007 on the influence of corporate governance on innovation.

Her research lines are related to corporate governance, innovation, internationalisation and the tourism sector.

She currently participates in various research groups and projects on the internasionalisation process of Spanish firms and their innovation strategies.
