Profile

Matilde Villarroya is an associate professor in the Department of Business Management at the University Rovira i Virgili (URV). She studied Industrial Engineering, specializing in Industrial Organization at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). In 2011 she completed her doctoral thesis at the URV on human resources practices and organizational performance in local government.
She teaches at the URV in the are of Business Managements, specializing in human resources, and she is actively involved in transfer projectes with organizations an companies. Previously, she had worked in several companies.
